Hex Nuts - Standard and Bespoke Solutions in the UK

What are Hex Nuts?

Hex nuts are six-sided, internally threaded fasteners used with bolts and screws to securely fasten machinery, construction, and automotive components. They are chosen for their versatility, providing strong, reliable, and easily accessible tightening with tools like wrenches, to prevent loosening under pressure. The most common types are Hex Nuts, Nylon Insert Lock Nuts (Nyloc) for vibration resistance, Lock Nuts (often called Jam or Half Nut) which have half-thickness for locking, and Flange Nuts for distributing pressure.

Masons Fasteners Ltd can supply a wide range of Hex Nuts in various diameters, threads and finishes. Available in metric and imperial all in different diameters, finishes and materials including; stainless steel, self-colour, zinc, black, brass
