What are Socket Screws?

Socket screws are fasteners that feature a hexagonal recess drive in the head, allowing easy tightening and loosening with a corresponding Allen Key instead of a traditional screwdriver. They are supplied in various head types including Button, Countersunk, CAP and Set (Grub).

Masons can supply Metric Coarse and Fine Pitch and imperial UNC, UNF, BSF, Whitworth and BA threads in a range of sizes, materials and finishes. They are usually supplied in high tensile grades or steel and stainless but can also be supplied in Brass upon request.
